Sarah Shrigley graduated from the Electrolysis Educational Institute located in Toronto in 1979 at the top of her class.

Sarah opened her electrolysis practice in April 1980 in Toronto, and has been in practice ever since. The practice has been inspected and passed by the Department of Health.

Sarah has served as president of the Canadian Organization of Professional Electrologists, and helped found the Society of Ontario Electrologists.

She pioneered the use of a surgical microscope in the practice of electrolysis and has written articles on this for the profession.

Sarah lectured on the blend technique of electrolysis in the 1980s and infection control regulations for government inspections.
